Frequently asked questions
Does it cost anything to sign up?
No. Signing up is free and doesn't commit you to buying anything.
Is this an extra discount?
No – these are the same Black Friday prices, which you get 4 days before everyone else once you've signed up.
Why do I need to log in to my account?
Black Friday prices only appear in an Evitas account with an email address that's on the list. Signing up to the list alone won't show you the prices.
I don't have an Evitas account yet. What now?
No problem – on 19 November, just log in to your account or create one with the same email address you used to sign up to the list.
Can I shop Early Bird in the app?
No. Early Bird shopping from 20 to 23 November is only available in the online shop. In the Evitas app, a free gift awaits you with your purchase during the Black Friday sale.
Is stock reserved?
No. We don't reserve stock – but because you're shopping before the public sale, the choice is usually wider.
What if I don't sign up?
The public Black Friday offer starts on 24 November, and on 27 November for some brands.
