Advice

How to choose?

When choosing washcloths, it's helpful to consider:

  • Material: muslin cloths are thinner and quick-drying, while cotton terry cloths are more absorbent.
  • Size: smaller cloths, around 20x15 cm, are suitable for the face, while larger ones (30x30 cm) are better for washing the whole body.
  • Sets: cloths are often available in sets of 3-6 pieces, which is handy for frequent changes.
  • Care: natural materials can withstand frequent machine washing at a suitable temperature.
FAQ

What you want to know

What is the difference between a muslin cloth and a terry cloth?
Muslin cloths are thinner, lighter and dry faster, while cotton terry cloths are more absorbent and suited to more thorough washing.
How many washcloths do I need?
Since cloths get dirty quickly, it's handy to have at least one extra set, which is why they're often sold in multi-piece sets.
