If the items are in stock, we dispatch your order within 2 business days of payment confirmation (card, PayPal or proforma). For cash-on-delivery orders (Slovenia only), we dispatch within 2 business days of order confirmation.
Expected delivery times after dispatch:

Slovenia: usually 2–5 business days (GLS, Pošta Slovenije or DPD).

International: usually 2–10 business days (longer for countries with customs clearance).
When dispatch takes longer:

Backordered / out-of-stock items. If an item is not currently in stock, it is placed on backorder and has a longer lead time, so dispatch takes longer than the usual 2 business days. Stock availability is shown on the product page and in the cart, and we will notify you by email if there is any delay.

Personalised items. Personalised (made-to-order) items add approximately 5–7 business days to the preparation time before dispatch.
The carrier depends on your delivery country (for example GLS, Pošta Slovenije or DPD in Slovenia; BRT or GLS in Italy; FedEx to the United States). If you would like the expected dispatch date for your specific order, reply with your order number and we will check for you.
