We are sorry if your parcel is taking longer than expected. A few things worth checking:
- Dispatch: in-stock orders are dispatched within 2 business days of payment; delivery then takes about 2–5 business days in Slovenia and 2–10 business days internationally.
- Tracking: your dispatch email contains a tracking link with the latest carrier status.
- Customs: for some international destinations, customs clearance can add time.
- Carrier delays: occasionally our carriers experience delays outside our control (for example during busy periods).
If your tracking has not updated for several business days, reply with your order number and we will open an enquiry with the carrier and get back to you.
