Where the carrier offers it, you can choose delivery to a pickup point (for example a GLS or DPD parcel shop, a parcel locker, or a post office) instead of your home address. The available options are shown at checkout, depending on your delivery country and carrier.
A few things to keep in mind:
- After your parcel arrives at the pickup point, you receive a notification with a code or reference to collect it.
- Each carrier holds parcels at the pickup point for a limited time. If a parcel is not collected within this period, it is returned to us as undeliverable.
- If a parcel is returned because it was not collected, we will contact you to arrange re-dispatch (the cost of re-delivery is covered by you) or a refund.
If you would like to change to or from a pickup point after ordering, reply with your order number before your order is dispatched and we will do our best to help.
