How much does a return cost and where do I send it?

You can return your item in one of two ways:

• Our organised GLS return. If you use our GLS return process, a return cost of €3.99 is deducted from your refund.
• Your own courier. If you ship the return yourself, you cover the return shipping cost.

• We do not accept cash-on-delivery return parcels.
• We recommend sending returns with tracking, as the parcel is your responsibility until it reaches us.
