If your order has not been dispatched yet, we can usually update the delivery address. Please reply as soon as possible with:
- your order number, and
- the correct, complete delivery address.
Once an order has been dispatched, we can no longer change the address in our system. In that case, the address may still be changeable directly with the carrier using the tracking link — we can point you to the right option.
