✅ Best suited for
The i-Harbour™ E i-Size car seat is designed for children from approximately 6 months of age, 61 to 105 cm tall, or up to approximately 19 kg. It's suitable for both rear-facing and forward-facing travel, offering 5 recline positions in each direction. Thanks to Tri-Protect™ technology, a reinforced steel structure and Guard Surround Safety™ side protection, it delivers an exceptionally high level of safety for the head, neck and body. It's ideal for parents looking for a long-term solution, with 360° rotation and easy one-hand headrest height adjustment.
🤔 Less suitable if
The seat is not suitable for newborns, as it is intended for use only from a height of 61 cm, or approximately 6 months of age, onwards. It is also not suitable for vehicles without an ISOFIX system, since it is installed exclusively with the separately sold IsoFix base i-Base™ Encore. Since the base is purchased separately, this extra cost may not suit parents looking for an all-in-one package.

Product description
Optimal head and neck protection meets perfect comfort
The Joie® i-Harbour™ E Signature child car seat is designed with a focus on the highest level of safety and comfort. Its advanced Tri-Protect™ technology provides triple protection for the head and neck, featuring Intelli-Fit™ memory foam that perfectly adapts to the shape of the child’s head and absorbs potential impacts. Additional protection is provided by the reinforced steel inner shell, which increases seat stability and further reduces forces in the event of a collision. In addition to safety, the seat excels with its ergonomic design, offering optimal support and comfort for the child regardless of journey length. The car seat is also equipped with removable Guard Surround Safety™ side protection, providing extra safety against side impacts.
Height-adjustable headrest and safety harness
The Joie® i-Harbour™ E Signature is an innovative car seat that offers five recline positions and is suitable for use from 6 months up to around 4 years of age, or up to 105 cm in height. As children grow, ensuring the correct ergonomic posture is essential. The height-adjustable headrest with adjustable safety harness ensures excellent seating comfort and promotes healthy posture. Magnetic belt holders on the sides prevent the straps from slipping behind the child, making fastening and unfastening easier. The optimal routing of the 5-point harness ensures safety by evenly distributing forces in the event of a collision and keeping the child securely fastened at all times.
Ensure comfort for little passengers
Alongside high-quality materials that are soft to the touch, the passive ventilation system allows air circulation and prevents overheating, ensuring complete comfort even on long journeys. This feature is especially valuable during hot summer months, helping regulate temperature and reduce sweating, while in colder weather maintaining a pleasant environment without drastic temperature fluctuations. The Grow Together™ headrest offers 6 adjustable height positions, allowing easy, one-handed adjustment of both the headrest and harness without re-threading.
Joie® i-Harbour™ E + i-Base™ Encore: The perfect system for safe and comfortable travel
The Joie® i-Harbour™ combined with the i-Base™ Encore (IsoFix base sold separately) forms the perfect system, combining safety, comfort, and outstanding practicality for parents and little ones. The advanced i-Base™ Encore system makes installing the car seat simple and intuitive, ensuring exceptionally stable attachment with IsoFix connectors. The Simple Swivel™ function is strategically placed on both sides of the seat, exactly where parents naturally reach, allowing effortless rotation. Securing the child is also easy, as the 5-point harness is designed for quick and safe adjustment with a single pull.
