Orders & Payment

  • Orders can be placed online 24/7 through our website.
  • Payment methods: credit/debit cards, PayPal, bank transfer, and cash/card on delivery (Slovenia only).
  • All prices are in EUR and include VAT unless stated otherwise. Shipping costs are shown at checkout.
  • You agree to these Terms once you confirm your order.

Shipping & Delivery

  • We deliver with GLS and Pošta Slovenije (or other trusted couriers).
  • Delivery times are indicated on each product page; if delays occur, we will inform you promptly.
  • In case of damaged or lost packages, please contact us at complaints@evitas.com.

Returns & Refunds

  • Consumers may withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods without providing a reason (in accordance with EU consumer protection law).
  • Returned items must be unused and in their original condition. The customer bears the cost of return shipping.
  • Refunds are issued within 14 days using the same payment method.
  • Customized or perishable products cannot be returned.

Warranty & Complaints

  • All products are covered by the statutory 2-year warranty against defects, unless stated otherwise.
  • To file a complaint or warranty claim, contact us at info@evitas.com with your order number and product details.

Gift Cards & Discounts

  • Gift cards are valid for 5 years from the date of issue and cannot be exchanged for cash.
  • Discount codes are valid until the stated expiry date and cannot be combined unless specified.

Final Provisions

We strive to provide accurate and up-to-date information, but errors may occur. In such cases, we will offer a solution or the option to cancel your order. For disputes, Slovenian and EU consumer protection regulations apply.
