The peri bottle is the first step of the Frida Mom 5-step postpartum recovery regimen. After birth you may experience pain due to a torn or cut perineum. For fast healing, frequent rinsing is necessary. To make this much easier, Frida recommends using the perineal rinse bottle. The bottle is designed for this purpose, which makes it easy to use. It holds up to 295 ml of water and comes with a waterproof storage bag, so you can easily take it with you to the maternity ward.
