Statutory conformity (liability for defects)
- The seller is liable for non-conformity of the goods that appears within 2 years of delivery.
- If a defect appears within 1 year of delivery, it is presumed to have existed at the time of delivery.
- Please notify us of a defect within 2 months of the day you noticed it.
Manufacturer's warranty
Some products also come with a manufacturer's warranty. Warranty terms and duration are set by the manufacturer and included with the product where applicable.
How to make a claim
Use the complaints form on our website, or email orders@evitas.com, and include your order number, a description of the problem, and photos. We confirm complaints and let you know the expected handling time.
