Under consumer law, the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to certain items:
- Personalised items and items made to order or adapted to your personal requests (for example an item with a name, date or custom configuration).
- Hygiene items that are not suitable for return once the protective packaging has been opened (for example baby pacifiers, cosmetics and intimate items).
In addition:
- Legal entities (business customers) do not have the 14-day right of withdrawal; returns are possible only under warranty or for non-conformity of the goods.
These items can still be returned or replaced if they arrive faulty, damaged or not as ordered — see "I received a wrong, damaged or faulty item".
