Yes — you can cancel your order free of charge at any time before it has been dispatched. To cancel, reply with:
- your order number,
- your name, and
- the delivery address on the order.
Once you receive a dispatch notification, the order can no longer be cancelled before delivery. In that case, if you are a consumer you may still use your 14-day right of withdrawal after receiving the goods (see our Returns articles) — except for personalised or made-to-order items and certain hygiene items, which are excluded from returns.
