This DIY tassel garland kit comes complete with 16 tissue paper and gold tassels, ribbon and instructions card. Simply lay the tissue paper tassel onto the gold tassel and twist. Thread the tassels along the twine to create a stunning party bunting!

Each pack contains 16 tassels (4 gold, 4 pink, 4 blue, 4 yellow), 1 instructions card and 2m of clear string. Tassels measure 20cm (H) when folded.
