Advice

How to choose?

When choosing a children's musical instrument, consider:

  • Child's age: simple rattles and soft sound toys are suitable for infants, while xylophones and drums suit slightly older toddlers.
  • Material: wooden instruments are durable and have a warm, natural sound, while some instruments are made from soft or textile materials suited to the youngest children.
  • Volume: some instruments have adjustable volume, which is handy for indoor play.
  • Ease of play: choose instruments with clearly distinguishable tones that make it easier for a child to try playing for the first time.
