Delivery and Payment
Delivery within Slovenia
Delivery is carried out by GLS or Pošta Slovenije. The standard delivery cost is 3.99 EUR. For heavier items (such as furniture and strollers) an additional delivery charge applies, visible in your cart. For cash-on-delivery (COD) payments an additional fee of 2 EUR is charged.
If items are in stock, they are dispatched within 2 working days after payment confirmation (advance invoice, card payment or PayPal). For COD orders, dispatch is within 2 working days from order confirmation.
Delivery time within Slovenia is usually 2–5 working days. If an item is out of stock in our central warehouse, delivery time will be extended. Availability is displayed in the product description and cart.
If you wish to split your order into two separate shipments, an additional delivery cost of 4.90 EUR applies (+2 EUR for COD).
Important: If you notice that your package is physically damaged upon delivery, please ask the courier to fill out a damage report. Later claims without such a report cannot be accepted.
International Delivery
International orders are dispatched within 2 working days after payment by card or PayPal. If an item is not available, the delivery time will be extended and you will be informed within 2 working days.
Delivery time for in-stock items is usually 2–10 working days (it may be longer in countries subject to customs clearance).
Shipping costs for each country are displayed at checkout.
Payment Methods
The following payment methods are available in our online store:
- Cash on Delivery (Slovenia only) – payable in cash or by card upon delivery. A fee of 2 EUR applies. COD is not available for orders above 800 EUR.

Advance Payment (Proforma Invoice) – you will receive a proforma invoice by email. Payment deadline: 5 days.

Bank: Delavska hranilnica d.d. - Credit and Debit Cards – processed securely through Stripe (Mastercard, Visa, American Express, Discover, Diners, JCB, Maestro). No card data is stored on our servers.
- PayPal – pay via PayPal account or directly with your credit card (Mastercard, Visa, Maestro, American Express). A PayPal account is not required.

LeanPay (Slovenia only) – simple installment payments, without visiting the bank or paperwork.
- Available for purchases from 150 EUR to 3,000 EUR.
- Repayment from 3 to 48 months.
- Monthly installment: min. 10 EUR, max. 350 EUR.
- Eligibility: Slovenian citizenship, permanent residence in Slovenia, age 18–73, regular monthly income.
