Shipping and payment

Delivery within Slovenia

Delivery is handled by GLS or Pošta Slovenije. Standard shipping costs 3.99 EUR. Heavier items (e.g. furniture, prams) carry an additional shipping charge, shown in the cart.

If an item is in stock, it ships no later than 2 business days after payment is confirmed (bank transfer, card or PayPal).

Delivery within Slovenia usually takes 2–5 business days. If an item is not in stock at the central warehouse, the delivery time is longer. Availability is shown in the product description and in the cart.

Important: if you notice on collection that the parcel is physically damaged, ask the courier to complete a damage report. Later claims without a report cannot be accepted.

International delivery

International orders are dispatched within 2 business days of payment being received (card or PayPal). If an item is unavailable, the delivery time is longer and we will notify you within 2 business days.

Delivery of items in stock usually takes 2–10 business days (longer in countries with customs clearance).

Shipping costs for your country are shown at checkout.

Digital products

No shipping is charged for digital products (e-books, guides and printable sheets in PDF format). You receive the download link immediately after successful payment, on the order confirmation page and at the email address you gave when ordering. If the link does not arrive, please check your spam folder and write to us at info@evitas.si so we can resend it.

Payment methods

The following payment methods are available in the online store:

Payment by pro forma invoice – you receive the pro forma invoice by email. Payment term: 5 days.

Payment cards – secure processing (Mastercard, Visa, American Express, Discover, Diners, JCB, Maestro). Card details are not stored on our server.

PayPal – payment via a PayPal account or directly by card (Mastercard, Visa, Maestro, American Express). A PayPal account is not required.
