Perineal healing

After birth you may experience pain due to a torn or cut perineum. For fast and complete healing, Frida recommends using postpartum pads that combine an absorbent pad and cold therapy in one.

The pads deliver a 20-minute therapy without the need for a freezer. Each pad absorbs 260 g of liquid, so you don't have to worry about leaking water while cooling. The absorbent pads are comfortable and can also be used for treatment in the C-section area. The pad covers the entire perineal area from front to back, and the adhesive back ensures that it stays in place.
