Is this product the right choice for you?
Honestly, no pressure. Decide once — and get it right.
✅ Best suited for
This car seat is an excellent choice for parents of newborns and infants up to approximately 24 months of age, or up to 87 cm and 13 kg body weight. The ergonomic reclined position ensures proper spinal development, while 180° rotation and the quick-release system make everyday placement of the child simple and easy. Advanced side-impact protection (L.S.P. Plus) and i-Size certification (UN R129/04) guarantee a high level of safety from day one.
🤔 Less suitable if
If you want installation with the ISOFIX system, you'll need to purchase the Base G or Base G3 base separately, as the seat itself doesn't have ISOFIX connectors. Also, the seat isn't suitable for children exceeding 87 cm or 13 kg, or older than approximately 24 months – at that point, a transition to the next group of car seats is needed.

Cybex® Cloud G3 i-Size – Premium Safety and Ergonomic Comfort from Day One
The Cybex® Cloud G3 i-Size is the latest generation premium infant car seat designed to provide maximum safety, ergonomic comfort, and worry-free family travel from birth up to approximately 24 months. Its ergonomic lie-flat position supports your baby’s natural posture both inside and outside the car, while the innovative 180° rotation and one-click release system make everyday use faster and easier. Compatible with both the Base G and the new Base G3, it offers flexible long-term use within the CYBEX modular system.
Lie-flat Comfort & Safety
The Cloud G3 i-Size features an ergonomic lie-flat position that supports your child’s natural body posture during travel, strolling or resting outside the vehicle. Keeping your child in a flatter position promotes healthy growth and creates a more comfortable sleeping environment inspired by the natural posture in a crib.
Comfortable & Smooth Onboarding
Getting your child in and out of the car has never been easier. Thanks to the 180° rotation and one-click release system, the seat can be turned toward the car door for quick and effortless access. Designed with parents in mind, the seat can even be operated comfortably with one hand.
Optimal Breathability
The all-round air ventilation system allows air to circulate efficiently around the child, helping maintain a pleasant seating temperature throughout every journey. Special ventilation channels improve airflow and enhance comfort, especially during warmer days.
Enhanced Side-impact Protection
The integrated Linear Side-impact Protection System Plus (L.S.P. Plus) reduces side-impact forces by approximately 15%, providing additional protection and greater peace of mind for parents on every journey.
One Base – Two Seats
Designed to support your child for the first four years, the modular CYBEX system allows the Base G and Base G3 to be used with both the Cloud G3 i-Size infant car seat and the Sirona G3 i-Size toddler car seat.
Easy Transition from Car to Stroller
The Cloud G3 i-Size can easily be attached to a wide range of CYBEX strollers and travel systems using compatible adapters. A quick handle adjustment allows smooth reclining or releasing without disturbing your sleeping baby.
Ready for Take-off
Certified for airplane use, the Cloud G3 i-Size fits securely into airplane seats and can also be installed using only a seatbelt. This makes family travel easier and allows you to leave the Base G or Base G3 at home when flying.
Full Sun Protection
The XXL sun canopy with UPF50+ protection shields your little one from sun, wind and external distractions, creating a calm and protected environment during every journey.
Grows with Your Child
Suitable from 40 cm, the Cloud G3 i-Size is specially designed to support even the smallest newborns. The 14-position adjustable headrest adapts perfectly as your child grows, ensuring lasting safety and comfort.
Safe Travels for the Smallest Babies
The included newborn inlay provides additional support and a secure fit for babies as small as 40 cm. It can easily be removed as your child grows and requires more space.
