✅ Best suited for
The Joie® Fortifi™ i-Size car seat is designed for children from 76 to 145 cm tall, which means roughly from 15 months of age all the way up to 12 years. Smaller children (76–105 cm) are secured with the car seat's 5-point safety harness featuring colour indicators for correct installation, while taller children (100–145 cm) use the car's own seatbelt, guided by clearly marked green guides. The seat is forward-facing and offers excellent side-impact protection (SIP, Guard Surround Safety™), along with adjustability thanks to 9 headrest positions and 4 recline angles for comfort on long journeys. It's a great fit if you're looking for a single seat that will grow with your child through multiple developmental stages.
🤔 Less suitable if
The seat isn't suitable for infants shorter than 76 cm, as it doesn't allow rear-facing installation. It's also not meant for those looking for ISOFIX installation, since this model attaches exclusively with the car's seat belt.

Easy installation and fastening – car seat for any car brand and model
The outstanding Joie® Fortifi™ i-Size car seat ensures optimal safety and comfort on every journey. Young passengers between 76 and 105 cm in height will be secured in the child car seat with the seat's 5-point harness, while passengers between 100 and 145 cm tall can be secured using only the car's seatbelt routed through the clearly green-marked guides on the seat. Once children have outgrown the use of the 5-point harness, it can be quickly and easily stored inside the seat in the area that supports the child's back. The Joie® Fortifi™ i-Size child car seat is installed in the car using the car's seatbelt, without an Isofix system.
Reliable and safe on every journey
The Joie® Fortifi™ i-Size car seat is equipped with colour indicators that confirm correct fastening. When securing your child with the 5-point harness, the buckle turns green when correctly fastened. You can also follow the colour buckle for the routing of the car seatbelt, which confirms correct installation. The steel-reinforced seat provides the child with safety at every age, including in the event of a side impact, with the help of SIP side protection. The high backrest provides good support for the child's body while also ensuring that the seatbelt is positioned correctly. The car seat features the Guard Surround Safety™ system, which provides complete protection against side impacts, including in the hip and back areas.
Excellent adjustability of the child car seat for even greater comfort
The Joie® Fortifi™ i-Size child car seat offers 4 possible seat recline positions, giving children an even more pleasant and comfortable rest on the go. The car seat is exceptionally adjustable, offering as many as 9 height positions for the adjustable headrest. The Grow Together™ system ensures that when the height is adjusted, the child car seat automatically widens at the shoulder area, perfectly adapting to a growing child.
