Damaged shipments or product defects / non-conformity of goods

If you receive a damaged product or a product with a defect, submit a request via the returns portal and select the reason – I want to file a complaint (damaged or incorrect product), and fill in all the required information.

In case of non-conformity of goods, we first provide free repair or replacement. If this is not possible or is disproportionate, you may request a price reduction or withdrawal from the contract with a refund.

Important: We cannot process complaints without an online request (RMA) being submitted.

 Open returns / claims portal

For non-conformities that appear within 2 years from delivery, the seller is responsible; if they appear within 1 year from delivery, it is presumed that they already existed at the time of delivery.
Please notify us of the discovered non-conformity within 2 months of the day you noticed it.

If the package is visibly damaged upon receipt, make sure this is recorded with the courier and send us photos of the packaging and product immediately.
