Anex vs Cybex: key differences
- Suspension: Anex Mev, Eli and Flo have triple suspension (front and rear wheels plus chassis). The Cybex Balios S Lux has chassis and front-wheel suspension, the Gazelle S suspension on all four wheels.
- Carrycot: Anex uses lightweight EPP carrycots with a Sorona mattress (Modu 3.5 kg, Flo Lapcot 4 kg, foldable). The Cybex Balios S Lux has the foldable Fold Cot (4.7 kg); the Talos S Lux comes with a Soft Cot.
- Parent ergonomics: Anex Mev, Eli and Flo include adapters that raise the carrycot or seat by 8.5 cm.
- Wheels: Anex uses airless PU foam (Flexi) or EVA wheels; Cybex Balios S Lux and Eos Lux have puncture-proof wheels.

Best for: the Anex Air-Q has the largest basket of the lightweights (10 kg) and an optional carrycot. The Air-X² has four-wheel suspension and comes with a carry bag. The Cybex Libelle has the smallest fold but is only suitable from 6 months, while the Orfeo is just as compact and suitable from birth. The Cybex Beezy is a little heavier but more stable on rougher ground.

Best for: on gravel, forest paths or uneven pavements, the triple suspension of the Anex Mev and Eli is a real plus; taller parents will appreciate the 8.5 cm lift. The Cybex Balios S Lux with its folding cot suits smaller car boots, and the Talos S Lux is the most affordable set with a carrycot. Travel and everyday: Anex IQ vs Cybex Eezy S Twist+2
The Anex IQ (6-in-1) combines a carrycot, seat unit and lightweight buggy on one chassis; the buggy folds to cabin-bag size and two sets of wheels are included. The seat unit is suitable from birth to 22 kg. The Cybex Eezy S Twist+2 (8.8 kg) has a seat that rotates 360°, four-wheel suspension and is suitable from birth to around 4 years (parent-facing up to 15 kg, forward-facing up to 22 kg).

Yes. Anex strollers are tested to European standards EN 1888 (models with a carrycot also EN 1466) and are especially popular in Poland, Czechia and Croatia.
Which is lighter, Anex or Cybex?
