For international orders, we dispatch in-stock items within 2 business days of payment (card or PayPal). Delivery then usually takes 2–10 business days, depending on the destination.
Customs and duties
- For deliveries within the European Union, there are no customs procedures, so no additional duties apply.
- For deliveries outside the EU (for example the United States), the parcel may go through customs clearance, which can add time and may involve import duties or taxes. Any such charges are set by the destination country and are the responsibility of the recipient.
If your international tracking has not updated for several business days, reply with your order number and we will open an enquiry with the carrier.
