If you have placed two or more separate orders and none of them has been dispatched yet, we may be able to combine them into one shipment so you receive everything together (and, where applicable, save on duplicate delivery costs).
Please reply with all of the order numbers you would like combined, and we will check whether they can still be merged. Once an order has been dispatched, it can no longer be merged.
Please note that any refund of a duplicate delivery charge, where applicable, is handled case by case.
