If your discount code will not apply, please check the following common reasons:
- Validity period — the code may have expired or not yet started.
- Excluded brands or categories — some brands and categories (for example furniture) are excluded from discount codes. See the separate exclusions article.
- Minimum order value — some codes require a minimum amount.
- Single use — the code may have already been used, or be tied to a different customer or order.
- Not combinable — a code usually cannot be combined with another discount, an automatic promotion, or offers such as 2+1 or 3+1.
- Gift cards — codes do not apply to gift cards.
- Spelling — check for typos, extra spaces, or upper/lowercase.
If you have checked all of the above and the code still will not work, contact us at orders@evitas.com with the code and your order details and we will look into it. Please note that we are unable to apply a discount after an order has been placed, or to refund the difference in price.
