An On hold status means your order has been placed and confirmed, but is temporarily paused before dispatch. It has not been shipped yet, and no tracking number has been generated.
Typical reasons an order is on hold:
- One or more items are waiting for stock and will be dispatched once available.
- The order includes a personalised item, which has a longer preparation time.
- We are awaiting payment (for example a proforma/bank transfer).
- We need to confirm a detail with you (for example the delivery address).
Once the reason is resolved, your order moves to processing and then dispatch, and you receive a tracking link by email. If you would like the specific reason for your order, send us your order number and we will check.
