Once we have received and checked your returned item, we issue your refund:
- Timing: within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal notice.
- Method: to the same payment method you used for the purchase, unless agreed otherwise.
- Condition: we may withhold the refund until we receive the returned goods, or until you provide proof that you have sent them back.
If you paid a delivery charge on your original order, please note that return shipping costs are handled as described in "How much does a return cost?" (for example, €3.99 is deducted if you use our GLS return).
