Which carrier delivers my order?
The carrier depends on your delivery country:
- Slovenia: GLS, Pošta Slovenije or DPD
- Croatia: GLS or DPD
- Italy: GLS or BRT (Bartolini)
- United States: FedEx
- Other countries: GLS or DPD
Your dispatch email and tracking link will show the specific carrier for your parcel.
A few useful notes:
- Tracking becomes active only after the parcel has been handed to the carrier. It can take a few hours after dispatch for the first scan to appear.
- If your order has not been dispatched yet (for example it is still processing or on hold), no tracking number exists yet.
- If you cannot find your dispatch email, please check your spam folder, or reply with your order number and we will resend the tracking details.
